Real Estate Listing Presentation System

The website presenting real estate listings was created to provide users with easy access to a wide range of property sale and rental offers. The intuitive interface allows for quick and convenient browsing of available listings, filtering them by various criteria, and viewing detailed information about each property.

The real estate listing website underwent two significant development phases:

Version 1 was built using PHP and jQuery, providing a solid foundation for creating an intuitive interface and a straightforward management system.

Version 2 represents a significant evolution of the site, developed using Ruby on Rails and Nuxt.js. Ruby on Rails, as a modern framework, enabled rapid and efficient application development, enhancing the site's flexibility and ease of maintenance. Integration with Nuxt.js, a Vue.js-based framework, allowed for the creation of a responsive and fast user interface that operates smoothly across various devices and is optimized for SEO. The introduction of an API architecture significantly improved communication between the frontend and backend, facilitating easier integration with external services and future application development. As a result, the site not only became more scalable but also provided users with an enhanced experience when using the service.
